  1. Thanks for the insight on that Shawntay. It's always helpful to talk to others in the program to see what they're experiencing. I'll do what I have to, but definitely good to be a little prepped ahead of time. You're the first I've heard of who's looking at the night option at NHCC. It'll be interesting to see who else will be in the program. I'll see you there!
  2. Congrats! That had to be the toughest wait. Definitely tough competition this round, it seemed. Thanks for the heads-up on that Virgo. I've heard it's possible to work, but that many hours of sleep are sacrificed in the process. I'll have to see how things go, but part-time is obviously preferable if I can swing it.
  3. I'm choosing the NHCC as well. I'm curious to find out how intense it is while working. Hopefully it's possible!
  4. No, they look at the 4 core courses. So, communications, psychology, biology, and an art/humanities course. I know someone at NC who got in with a 72 TEAS score this spring. She doesn't have a 4.0.
  5. I'm not sure what the numbers are, but I was told to shoot for an upper 70's TEAS, with a 3.5-4.0. Of course, it's relative to who applies and how many, but id's guess you have a good shot at getting in still.
  6. I told you not to worry MusicRN :) I think it's more that you're really motivated and want this badly, and that's a really good thing!
  7. I just opened mine, and was accepted at ARCC and NHCC :) I'm planning on accepting at NHCC, so another spot will open up! Good luck to you all
  8. Congrats, I know you've been super anxious, so that's awesome! Thanks for starting this post, as well. It's been helpful :)
  9. I guess there is one good thing about taking Micro in the summer - my mind had been so occupied with playing keep up these days. I'm guessing it'll arrive tomorrow
  10. Ok, I figured out what the deal was. Back to the wait
  11. You get a free pass from judgment today, and today only Golson. I stopped receiving email notifications of post updates, so if anyone can clue me in it would be much appreciated!
  12. Happy 15th everyone, and good luck to you all!
  13. I'm doing pretty well with the wait. My game plan was to assume I made the cut. I'd rather face disappointment come July 15th. I can understand how the wait time could be grueling though, being that we don't exactly know the number of applicants and scores this round.
  14. Thanks, and good luck to you! I would've been interested in applying to Century, had it been a little closer. I heard that NHCC took a few last round in the lower 11's, but not sure about Century.
  15. Yep, and now that the application is in, time for me to switch focus. I had to choose between microbiology and anatomy for summer semester, and finally decided on micro. It'll be intense, but that's what I signed up for. :)
