I wanted to say thanks for all the advice and encouragement. I have decided to go for the RN program. God will watch over us and provide us with the strength we need. Thank You All.
  2. This is wonderful!!! Good luck on your class and the skills you will learn will come in handy. Keep in touch and let me know how things are going.

I have 3 children ages 1,7and 11. I am scared I will not be able to spend time with them if I enrol in the RN program. I still have alot of general educational classes to do. Although being a nurse has been a dream of mine for many years I wonder if I can make it. Money in in my household is very tight, jobs are few and babysitters are hard to come by. I will be starting classes agin in January and wonder if it is best to start off as a LPN.

Hi, I am new and would be thankful for any advice. I am trying to decide if I should go straight for the RN program or LPN. I think the LPN program will give me a foundation but I really want to be a RN. My other problem is to decide if I should enrol in Piedmont or Germanna Community College. Does anyone know anything about either school nursing program. Any information will help.
