    I am hoping to join the Spring 2016 online LVN program at NCTC. I have not yet registered for the PAX PN. Anybody else trying to join the LVN program?

    Hello everyone, I have decided to make a new thread about the NCTC online program starting in 2016. Has any registered for the PAX PN exam yet? Also does anybody know where exactly to find the DOE paper that was mentioned in the online advisement session regarding the background check? I went to the BON website but I am not sure which form it may be. Thanks, I hope to hear back from you guys!
