  1. ATFO Asked To F*ck Off
  2. How can we view or vote the top 8 captions? Thanks.
  3. I have LVN license with IV certification.
  4. It's CA BRN. Yes, I am a registered nurse in the Philippines. I have been working as LVN for almost 5 yrs now. Im trying to find people who have the same case as mine and have passed the NCLEX RN after completing the courses stated in the letter from BRN. I just wanna know if we are gonna be considered as having BSN degree or whatsoever. Btw, thanks for all your inputs. 😀
  5. Hi nurses! I am an RN in the Philippines, graduated in 2009. I have also experienced being denied by BRN to take the NCLEX RN. I am about to start going to school to complete BRN's requirements for IENs. Once I have completed it and passed the NCLEX RN (hopefully), will they honor my BSN degree from Philippines? Thanks!
  6. Two patients (who turned out to be retired nurses) looking by the window. Patient #1: And oh, here goes another amateur! He seems to be either running to look for his patient who eloped or maybe running to take a piss after holding his bladder for the whole 8 hour shift (***evil laugh***). What do you think? Patient #2: Well, we get to practice Nursing Care Plans again! So, we have a STUDENT NURSE diagnosis: STRESS related to BEING A STUDENT NURSE as evidenced by altered patterns of urinary elimination, disturbed energy field, impaired memory, sleep deprivation, imbalanced nutrition, interrupted family processes and lack of social interaction. Patient #1: Hell yeah! I can't imagine how we got through all of those good and bad old ****** days. Nurses rock! Patient #2: Oh yeah!
  7. What they should've taught them in nursing school is how to be in two places at once.
  8. They say, "you should walk a mile in someone else's shoes." But they are nurses, they'll be walking or even running a hell of a lot further than that.
