  1. Me too. I was diagnosed in August '14. I have had symptoms for years and even though I saw a neurologist 2 years before, he told me I definitely didn't have ms.
  2. A Chinese proverb that has served me well in 25 years of Palliative Care - You cannot stop the birds of sorrow from flying overhead, but you can stop them nesting in your hair! And for me, it's not my grief, yes I feel for families but I am a nurse, not a family member or best friend. The families we deal with have all these. Right now they need a competent & capable nurse that supports and guides.
  3. Contact the RCN (Royal College of Nursing), they are the main nurses union in England. They have both an international & student section. Best wishes
