  1. Congrats ginger! That's exciting. I'm sure that was the best phone call ever! I can't get the link to work, or find it when I search the name. I'll have to try it when I can use my computer and not my phone.
  2. Sounds like a good idea to me!
  3. Excel file that is, not schedule.
  4. That makes sense. Thanks guys. Any idea what we'll be doing the rest of the semester on those days? I didn't receive the schedule yet.
  5. I wish our schedules were as detailed as okc's! So it's my understanding that clinicals will be the last 6 weeks of the semester, is that what everyone else heard? Any ideas as to what time we'll be meeting on Thursdays and Fridays before that?
  6. Just FYI...If anyone is needing scrubs, allheart.com has the landau brand on sale. They are all buy one, get one 50% off.
  7. I think it would depend on the book/subject. I wonder if there's a way to see what changes were made and if any info was added?
  8. That would be great, thanks! Are you able to send it in a pm here, or would you need my actual email? And those are things I didn't think about by using the etext. I go back and forth trying to figure out what to do, but looking at ordering all of the books gets overwhelming and I end up going back to choosing the etext.
  9. Congrats!! I'm starting in August as well. Should be an exciting year :)
  10. As far as the textbooks go, I think the seniors sold me on the etextbook package. I have always loved having the actual textbook to look at for classes, but the thought of having to keep up with almost 20 books seems a little overwhelming! I figure if there ends up being a book or two that I really want to have the actual textbook for, I can purchase or rent those when needed. Hopefully I won't regret the etextbook package!
  11. Brianna, my name is Blair. I just tried to pick a random username and that was the best I could come up with :) I sat in the front, and had a red shirt on. I think I remember seeing someone with lots of curly hair...did you have an animal print shirt on or something similar? Weird question I know, there was just a girl that asked for the set of scrubs I had after I tried them on and I remember her having curly hair. Thought it would be funny if that was you.
  12. Thank you! Congrats on graduating! I will probably be taking you up on your offer soon :) Do you have any recommendations on a student planner? Or tips to keep things organized? Did you use the etextbook packages?
  13. I was tempted to start asking around to find out who was on here, but decided that would be slightly awkward
  14. Sorry, I didn't see your message until just now. Hopefully you got the money situation figured out :) That was a fun 6 hours 😁...feeling a little overwhelmed, hoping I can remember all of the important tips. I'm ready to get started!!
  15. Did you get yours?
  16. I was in planning on jeans too! At least there would have been two of us underdressed
  17. Thanks! No kidding. It's a very long list of books! I only checked the price on a couple before I had to quit. Too depressing, haha.
  18. Thanks for linking the textbooks! I'm ready for the schedules too; figuring out schedules would be much easier if I knew that! Does anyone know how casual orientation will be? Probably a silly question, but I don't want to be underdressed. I overthink things way too much!
  19. Congrats!! That is such an amazing accomplishment and I think that it's amazing that you kept pushing to find your dream! Good luck through the next steps!
  20. Thanks! Tulsa
  21. I'm a little late to the conversation, but I got an acceptance letter too. Excited and scared to start!
