  1. Hey there. This is an old post but hoping to find out if you did the MSN program at Post university. I applied and hoping to start in January. I'm actually doing the RN to BSN to MSN.
  2. One of the students started one already on FB.
  3. Congratulations!! There are some previous threads, perhaps on the 2022 GTC where current students give info on the program. Maybe you can find one for Lanier also.
  4. Official acceptance letter did come to school email. Filling out the confirmation to attend letter now! Don't give up! ???? This is my 2nd time applying.
  5. OMG me too! I got an email to my personal email!! I'm in!!
  6. I wonder if there are more applicants this year and that's the reason for the "delay" in notification emails. Another audit sounds like a good thing! I haven't had another audit ? I hope this means they haven't gotten to me yet ?
  7. I checked posts from the last 2 previous years threads and many people received acceptance letters the first week of March so I'm hoping we hear something this week! I haven't noticed an audit on mine since 2/4/23 when I turned in my application.
  8. Previously there used to be a way to check the status of your application. I tried to log in through the way it used to be but I couldn't get in. I emailed the health team this morning and this was the response: Thank you for contacting the Healthcare Team. There is not a way to monitor your application. We received your application and it was sent to the Nursing department the day after the deadline closed. They will review all applications and email your student email with their decision. Please allow 4-6 weeks for that email.
  9. Great stats! Not surprising though. There's always high scores which is why GTC is is competitive. Good luck! I'm sure you'll get your welcome letter! ??
  10. Hey! Maybe more people will find this thread now that the deadline has passed. how did you do on the Kaplan? I was thinking of contacting the school on Tuesday to see if I can get info about number of applicants. I'm curious to know.
  11. Great score! You'll have No problems getting in! each year, for a few years now there has been a pretty busy thread with a handful of people posting but this year just us 3 so far. I wish I knew how many applied this year....if there are more than 60 spaces.
  12. it was OK. I thought I would have done a little better. I got an 80% on the science.
  13. I got an 84 on my entrance exam! I hope I have a good chance of getting in!
  14. A 4.0! You're in! LOL! What sources did you use for studying? I've been done with my pre-requisites for almost 5 years now but I still have my lecture notes and the videos from Dr Scholz. I'm also using Smart Edition which specifically has a Kaplan study section. I've been taking practice tests and doing well on Math, OK on Reading but I definitely need to do better on Science.
  15. Hey there! I am applying! I take the Kaplan on 2/3. The goal was to try to get two chances to take it but it didn't work out like that. I'm studying as hard as I can so I can do well. How did you do on the Kaplan?
  16. Right I said daily but checking all throughout the day is more like it.
  17. I feel like it wasn’t that long last year but perhaps. So crazy how most of us were checking DAILY! Just couldn’t help it!! ?
  18. Wow really! I honestly had no idea. I know that the same test is given during the year so you have an advantage the 2nd time you take it but knowing the test is circulating out there word for word isn’t fair at all.
  19. Yes that’s great news about less applicants and 5 more spaces. That’s gives people with lower test scores to get in..(assuming the GPA is decent) covid was the reason I decided not to apply so that’s probably the reason for others as well. Great stats! How did you do on the Kaplan?
  20. I actually started this thread back in Nov because I was planning on applying for Fall 2021. Some personal stuff came up and I’m not applying anymore but have been following the thread listening and watching and rooting for ALL of you! I know you have all worked so hard to get here and gave 100% effort. Good luck to all of you and I look forward to seeing those “I’m in” messages coming through in a few weeks . ❤️
  21. OK I see. You’re so right. Sometimes it never makes sense how it’s decided. And anything IS possible....especially if it’s less applicants, people decide to go elsewhere, or can’t go at the last minute. Good luck on getting in! Please don’t be discouraged. If you can raise your scores then try but if you can’t then know that you gave 100%. Good luck!
