I working on my nursing program application. I have been a cna for 5 years. I am a good student. I have to write an essay on what are good characteristics of a nurse. Which do I posses, what work and personal experiences attributed to them.I am stuck. I terrified of becoming too personal. I dont want to come acrossed as concieted. I would appreciate the advice.

I , as a CNA, have worked with alot of nurses. I have worked with good and bad ones. When a new nurse starts,my facility would have them train with the CNAs for 1-2 weeks. The CNAs evaluats them and it affects thier employment. If the nurse isn't willing to get "dirty" she didnt work. You cant expect someone else to do something you yourself wouldn't do.

Hello I am new to this site. I have recently return to school after a few years. I am thinking of going for the ADN. I am currently taking pre-nursing courses. I have to write my application letter. There are only 22 spots. I am stuck Any pointers. I would appreciate any help I get.
