  1. Hi all, I wanted advice regarding switching programs and if it's worth doing it at this point. I'm so torn between switching to another FNP program due to the fact that I am simply unhappy with the one I'm at. Extremely unhappy about having to find clinical placements on my own, people from the program not getting back to me when I try to follow up multiple times on several issues and just general disorganization (losing my documents, etc). I am looking into a more reputable program, a bit pricier but at least I don't have to find my own preceptors, the program is hybrid (online/campus). I have 2 colleagues who graduated from the program and are happy with the education they got there. The only downside is, I would have to retake 18 credits (which would take 3 semesters)! I am so desperate to leave my program that I'm willing to repeat a whole year...any advice welcome
  2. Thank you so much for the info!!!
  3. Hi all,I am planning on taking my CCRN in late May and just purchased Laura Gasparis's 2 day DVD. I will be purchasing the PASS CCRRN book as well...just wondering if any one knows if these 2 materials have questions/materials related to synergy model for patient care? I read on the AACN website that some questions will pertain to this. Thank you for your time!
  4. I am excited to work in Texas one day! Looking forward to moving there after FNP school. Heard job market is great.
