i have a question for you kind sir. what do you do in informatics?

I'm a fairly new nurse and I have been employed as a MST nurse for about 6 months now. Lately, i have been feeling dreadful coming to work which i did not feel for the first few months that i was hired and started to work. TLDR i feel stressed and burnt out. What are some of the ways that you veterans out there cope with this feeling? Any tips/suggestions? Im planning to take a week break in a few months but in the meantime....

i suggest to just wait until you get your candidate performance report that way you will see which area you are lacking on. But then again, do not based your results via PVT. although i got the good pop up i was never at rest and i was always anxious. i got my name up on breeze this morning and that relieved everything. but yeah, if i were you i would wait for the final verdict when i receive something from the mail, that way everything will be confirmed. thats just me though. at the end of the day you can do what ever you like :)

Just a quick update. after the longest 1 week of my life i finally saw my name on breeze and i got a license. PVT worked for me. I checked it after 24 hours and got good pop up. To God be all the glory. Hey Kayteen. i just wanna share with you that i used kaplan as my study guide and also La charity's prioritization, delegation and assessment book. Those are the only resources i used. Initially i used Saunders but i feel like Kaplan's questions are more similar to Nclex. I stopped using saunders eventually. Also, keep in mind that you must know your content as it is a big advantage when studying your rationales. with that being said, i wish you good luck on your journey. keep striving and aim high. Don't give up Kayteen. Not until you get your results it is never confirmed. I got the good pop up but until it is not confirm i cant rest as well. it has been almost a week since i took the test now. I will update once i receive them

thats what i did and yeah, it didnt take my money. some people even change the 3 numbers on the back but i didnt do that. i just changed my exp date and it didnt take my money. let me know after. i will also update you on mine

That was my first time. Been checking breeze but nothing as well. i have tried the PVT about 3 times now and all 3x it gives me the good pop up but i am not gonna based my results solely on that. I really wanna see the final results but as of now there's really nothing. you can try the PVT by using a valid CC but just try and change the exp date, that way, if it tries to take your money it wouldn't go all the way through cause of the wrong expiration date. You dont have to though. at this point theres really nothing we can do but wait. I am on the same boat as you.

Hey, did you take it in california? have you tried the PVT? i also took mine last week, april 16 (thursday). i have not heard any results from my test yet and i called brn yesterday and told me that kaplan hasnt send them my results yet. i kept logging onto my breeze account and my status is still pending and is "open". still playing the waiting game.

5 days has passed and i still have no clue if i passed or failed i only tried PVT 3 times and that is within 24, 40, and 96 hours post NclexRN. I dont want to check it again but with all those tries i have received the good pop up. Will update whenever i get the results..........

Just so you know i did checked it just now lol. im sorry but i couldn't help myself. It still hasn't accept my payment and this is the last time i am going to check it. i have only checked it three times and that's within 24 hours, 30+ hours and 4days later which is today. All 3 of those checks told me the same thing. As mentioned above, i have called cali BON and they said pearson hasnt released them my results yet. I dont know if it was because the weekend and what not but at this point all i can do is wait. i appreciate your time in reading my post and thank you for your comment. for all those who have other insight/opinions, feel free to post.

hi everyone, is it smart/good to do the PVT 4 days after the exam? I have taken my nclexrn last Thursday (april 16) at 0800, it has been 4 days now and i still have no clue how i did. 24 hours later, on Friday at around 11:17 I did the PVT and received the good pop up. i did it with a valid CC but wrong exp. date and it says "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." and then on saturday at around 9:07 in the morning, i checked it again and this is like almost 48 hours post test since i finished at like 0950 and it says the same thing. Its monday now and i still have no clue on how i did. i just called my BON in cali and told me pearson hasnt relayed the information to them yet. I want to try the PVT again and see if it still gives me the same statement but its been 4 days now so i don't know...can someone suggest anything?? Thank you for your time

California doesnt participate with QR and i have been checking breeze to see my name but nada. I took it last thursday (april 16) and its monday now. any insight on this?

by the way after i placed my CC card info after the 24th and 30th ish hours it gave me this "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam another registration cannot be made at this time" i have only gotten it twice as mentioned above. never checked again as of today.

i am now on the same boat as OP. i took my test on the 16th of April 2015, Thursday. i chose this thread as it is the most current being year 2015. i have tried registering again after 24 hours and also at around 30ish hours post nclexRN. i am still not convinced that i passed cause i though my performance was lackluster after testing. i have only tried the PVT twice and i dont wanna keep rechecking it. i put a valid CC info with a wrong exp date. As of now, it has been approx 72 hours after my test. does the PVT trick apply over the weekends?? i mean, i did take my test on thursday and its sunday now here in california and still cant fine any positive signs that i passed or not. all my close friends got theirs at 48 hours and the wait is killing me on this thing. im super sad. OP how long did it take for you to see your name up on breeze?

Hi guys, I took the test on the 16th of April @ 0800. My test stopped @ 75 questions but I was very depressed after the test stopped as I was not confident on my performance. I never tried the PVT after my test up until my girlfriend persuaded me to do so 24 hours later. I checked it yesterday around noon and i got the "good" pop up. Its the 18th of April today so its been 48 hours now and I checked it earlier and still got the good pop up however i keep checking BRN (Cali) and I cannot find my name yet. I still am hoping for positive results and I hope it will show today as I am tired and very anxious of waiting. Anyways, will update in the future...
