I got my letter today and I got waitlisted... at least it's not a full rejection! I got an email after filling out the waitlist form saying that they try to notify students in April or May.

Hey guys, I'm wondering if you all have any advice on getting a letter of rec from an RN if you don't work in the medical field? I've only been doing volunteering at a hospital and I hardly work with nurses. I saw the letter of rec form (and wow it's long). I think it says that it should be someone who's watching you for the past 2 years. Are they strict on that? Thanks so much and congrats to all of you. I hope to be in your shoes one day :)
