Hi, I am applying for the NCLEX-RN in Ca. I have a speeding ticket of 94 MPH in highway about a year ago, I did drivers classes and paid a fine. Do I need to report that to the Board of Nursing and disclose it? Thanks.

I was arrested with a misdemeanor in CA, took a class for it at pretrial diversion, and the prosecutor never filed the case. So I never had to go to court and was not convicted. Since no case was even filed, my arrest was changed to a "detention only." 1. I am applying for NCLEX-RN in California. Do I need to submit all the documents (arrest record, rec letters, etc)? 2. What do I put for the conviction question on the NCLEX-RN application? Thank you in advance.

I am applying for RN in California. My case is: I was arrested, I took pretrial diversion class, and my case was dismissed and my arrest was turned into a detention. I have no convictions at all, and never went to court. I am wondering how people in my situation should apply for NCLEX-RN in California. 1. Should I submit my arrest record and recommendation letters? 2. For the section that says "Have you ever been convicted of a crime?" What do I write? In general, has anyone been in this situation of similar? Thanks in advance.

Just curious what did you write on the CNA Application for CA? For the questions that ask... have you ever been convicted.. and arrested?
