Stanford's management is probably the nicest I've met so far. Unfortunately, even if the units make decisions early, they won't tell us until after August 7 to make it fair. That's what I was told. :\

Anyone else interviewing for D3, cardiac surgery? The manager still hasn't contacted me. :/

Positivepwr: Good luck on your NCLEX tomorrow! I have mine next week, and I'm antsy to get it over with. What have you been using to prepare for the NCLEX? I've been relying mainly on Kaplan, but I don't feel it provides enough practice for SATA questions. I have a friend who got a job offer from Lucille Packard, and she's been calling the BRN non-stop regarding her ATT, only to find out that they lost her Exam ID form. This prompted a bunch of my classmates to call the BRN, and their forms have been lost as well. Dealing with them can be a nightmare, and hopefully that's something that hospitals understand. :\

Their application closed June 26. So it might be a while :/

Okay then. I don't want to seem stalker-like by calling her too many times. Ha. I'll just wait until Monday and stick to my phone like glue. I guess I'll see you guys on those interview days! I haven't heard much about their interview process.

The recruiter for Stanford called me at 8 am, but I was driving. Anyone else having trouble getting ahold of her? I called back 4 times. :\ I wish there was an email to reply to.

My status changed on 6/15 to Application in Review and the option to withdraw disappeared. I don't know what that means, but I hope it means I still have a chance to interview. I'm just getting over a rejection from UCLA. LOL. To those who got interviews, what did your status change to?

I haven't heard anyone being contacted for anything for NICU. For RR, I'm pretty sure 5NICU is not hiring. I don't think SM's NICU is either, but I'm not 100% on SM. Also, has anyone gotten references for Neuro/Trauma ICU?

What units did you guys apply to? :)
