Yah I literally posted 5 days ago saying I got accepted into transition.

Hey all. I had 7.792 in points and submitted to the night transition at kingwood. I got my official acceptance yesterday.

I emailed the lady over kingwood and she said “hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of applicant” LOL

Im over here biting my nails to the nub!! I need a decision like last week ??

Does anyone know the amount of applicants for the transition in 2019

Howdyhowdy I have a question. is the exit HESI a mandatory pass to pass the program or is it given to just show you your weaknesses prior to NCLEX testing? Just curious if failing the exit HESI will Ultimately cause you to fail the program

Hey all!! I will be submitting my app today for the kingwood transition. my points are 7.792. so nervous! I wonder how everything will work with the COVID situation. I know we will need a new DO from BON and I also know BON is going to all computerized so they aren’t accepting any new apps or licensure during this time. I just hope I get everything done in a timely manner.

I too will be applying to their program. Hopefully I get into kingwood seeing as I live in humble. I will also applying to north harris. I had a friend who attended north harris se said although they say 5 days a week 8-4:30 she only attended 2 days a week about 2-4 hours a day and clinicals once a week. I would prefer to do north harris won't be picky, seeing as only made an A in Pharm and the others are B's. I will be taking my HESI next week. I know its late but I also am a full time student and also work 60+ hours a week. I'll update when I take my hesi and get my scores!!!

how do i upload my info onto the site?

im having trouble with the chcklist. I did the drug screening... i mean i payed for it and also did the certified profile but thats as far as i got. Im confused about the background check. It said it had to be turned in bythe 21st of may but im just sooo confused!! So i have to pay for that too??

lets cross our fingers!! i know some people who got into both programs and chose rn so there's hope.

i am planning on working full time while in the program... a friend of mine is doing it where i work. An assisted living facility where they give you Two Doubles on saturday and sunday. So 32 hours in two days plus the fact that you're working a double weekend its automatically 40 hours. :) im going to do the finger printing and pay the drug testing next week.

Whiteluna, do i just sign up for the finger printinfg and pay there??? i know they do the drug testing on the 30th of Jan. Also i have had a child TDAP but im curious if i need an adult... that one is a tammy white or karen long question... But yah. are those the only 3 things we need. because i dont want to go to orientation and they tell me i forgot something.
