It really depends. Most of the hospitals here either only hire BSN or ABSN trained nurses or they prefer them. There a still a few hospitals that hire ADN but they expect you to eventually get the BSN.

Same but I have family in Tennessee that have been helping me navigate the area. My dad's also from there and we plan to go look at places together before I decide to not stay on campus. Only reason I'm considering off campus. I wish I would've know you were looking into on campus housing when I applied. I would've listed you as a possible roommate.

I looked into the park Ave apartments since they are next to the building where the nursing school is held. But other than that I've been looking locally as well

I know where both of those places are. From what I've read they usually have a cut off around 3.0-3.2. Even though the minimum GPA is 2.9 (I think). The advisor I talked to said anyone with a 3.0 and above typically is fine.
