Hi! I was interviewed by two managers of the unit and was offered a position two days later. They asked mostly behavioral questions. If you show you are passionate about working there, and show that you've put thought into your answers, I think you will get it. I think also a strong recommendation letter can get you an interview since it is a competitive program. Hope that helps!

Hi Robin, I am starting with TCH's new grad program in October. They do not require a contract and I believe they are done hiring for the Fall, but I would check with them just in case!

Hi everyone! I saw that there was no thread for the TCH nurse residency program for October 2016. This is for anyone who applied or is thinking of applying. Please share any info you know about the upcoming program! To share a little bit about myself, I recently graduated with a BSN a few weeks ago with a 3.6 nursing GPA, included four letters of recommendation, and was just granted an interview today. I am beyond excited! :)

I've not heard back from anything, on email, no status change. But frankly I'm not expecting much. Very likely I've been denied again (I was denied for summer too). I don't know if I should even reapply since it's obvious that they just don't like me lol.. I just wish I knew what it was. I also wish I applied to more schools. Everyone who hasn't shared your stats yet, do you mind posting them? I know it's useless trying to worry about stats but I feel like mine were pretty decent.. 3.8 3.9 HESI 96 Critical 890 And, congrats to everyone who got in! :)

@FutureTX_RN759 I have so many questions haha! Do you like the program? Is it difficult? Will we be able to work part time or is it very intensive? What are some good areas to live in and are there shuttles or buses that go to and from campus?

@TX2015 love your attitude. Its pretty hard to stay optimistic especially when you cant know what you did wrong. I also had a previous degree in science and didnt retake any classes. I dont know..maybe they prefer first degree students. Who knows. I havent heard anyone getting waitlisted for summer so hopefully that means we have a chance, even if its going to be a slimmer chance. @docmodel, let us know if they give you feedback and share with us. I heard they don't, which i think is ridiculously unfair. But it is what it is...

I was denied im pretty bummed. I got 96 in hesi overall with 90+ in all sections. critical thinking 890. my science gpa was 3.89 and nursing was 3.81. now im just hoping for fall but what are the chances ill get in if I didnt even get waitlisted for summer? Did anyone here get waitlisted?
