Go through the book, then do practice questions and correct yourself to see what you need work ok then just go back and study that area !

Im not sure about your school but they didnt time us.. And I just recommend that book! Do all the practice sections and study the vocab!! The math was simple and you get a a calculator .. Reading comp was always tough for me .. So I studied that and vocab the hardest

I did, I scored: Vocab-92 Reading-92 Math-96 Grammar-90 I studied the entire Elsevier book !
