I am at the Corsicana campus. They told us that the 3 books that they had to give out where on the "recommended list" but that we will still need them. So the 3 they have to give us we will still be using them, according to our campus instructions.

Check out medpocket clipboards. They are great, many colors, can be personalized. It is a metal clipboard that folds open and you can store your sheets on the inside. It folds up in half to fit back in your pocket. The outside is covered front and back with all the nursing goodies such as the coma scale, rule of nines, lab values, etc

I also have a graduate degree and I am starting nursing school next month!! I cant get financial aid because my loans were maxed. : ( I do qualify for scholarships through the school because I am now unemployed and my EFC was changed to 0.

Hello, I am starting nursing school in August and am having a hard time deciding what supplies, other than the obvious notebooks, I want to buy. I am not sure if I should buy a hug binder, like trapper keeper to hold all things in one place, buy smaller seperate binders, document holders. Can someone please give me ideas of how they set up for each class! Thanks so much

I live in Texas, no bipolar but wonder how they would find out anything like that?? Isn't there privacy issues about giving patients medical history?

I emailed her a few weeks ago, she said it would be awhile on the email about fingerprints. She was waiting til everyone's confirmation stuff was supposed to be in.

I talked to Barbara, she said that if we have already turned in our shot records all we have to do is get the TB and Influenza

Has anyone found out about the immunization information? I know that they are busy, but I have emailed the same question 3x and no response, it's frustrating me I want to make sure things are taken care of if I need to submit something else, I submitted copies of VA records but they werent signed. I don't know why I cant get an answer
