we're still waiting. Hoping they can find a hospital to take us in. Its horribly unbearable to wait this long, but what choice do we have? We can only give our trust to CTN. Everytime we try to follow up their responses are always "you are not forgotten", "we apologize for the unforseen delays",etc. I think they lack enthusiasm in scouting for hospitals.

I would not recommend CTN if you plan to be deployed ASAP after you received your DL. Its not actually being like an NHS-hired nurse where you can be sure of their deployment plans. After you had your DL, that's the time they will find you a hospital assignment which can take months. Some have been waiting for more than 6 months with no assurance.

I have a similar case before. You can let em write the date they signed it as "end date" then write current just beside the boxes.

hi! you must write the date your supervisor signed your reference form as "end date" then write "current" beside the box. if it's the first reference, on your online account, you can just leave it blank. But if she's your second reference, type the same date that you wrote on the reference form that you submitted via courier.

I think you should email NMC with the scanned copy of the delivery receipt with the tracking number of your PRC document.

I think it is best to get a new police clearance with a correct spelling of your name. You won't get your DL sooner because you uploaded a questionable paper, as soon as they re-opened your NMC account, re-edit then upload your new police clearance.

If you didn't practiced as nurse in US, I guess you won't need to declare it.

Email NmC with the scanned copy of your courier delivery receipt. It is also helpful to save your delivery proof which can be downloaded from the website of couriers if you have your tracking number.

@nurse_cardio Hi! I worked in Saudi before. 1. You need an explanation letter from Saudi Council regarding your registration gap. But they will not give you that. Instead, you can ask your head nurse to sign an explanation letter which tells that you don't actually practice as staff nurse during the "probationary" period and you have a preceptor during that 5 months as your adjustment period. Which really worked in my case. 2. You have to get a police clearance with a precise date or NMC will only reject that and it will consume u more time. 3. You need one referee each hospital that you worked for. 4. Ask your HR in the Philippines to write your last working day Feb.10 as your official resignation date. The data that you input online must reflect the one that you will submit to NMC via courier.

@petrick_RN Just to clarify, you mean you waited for 12 weeks after sending the documents? Then how many weeks does it took after they posted that your documents have been received on your NMC page? Sorry, I'm kinda anxious already here.
