  1. Thank you, hoping it went well in their eyes hehe. They had the HR coordinator setup a time for my panel interview 1 day after my phone interview about 2 weeks ago.
  2. This is specifically for the Lenox Hill ED fellowship
  3. I had no idea there were other ED fellowships within the Northwell system. I thought it was only Lenox Hill. Had I known I would have applied to all of them. I actually just went in for the panel interview last week for it. They said decisions will be made pretty much by the end of this week.
  4. Hi LadyPeaches, thanks for the info. Anything is helpful. So I guess it's really the Fall semester that's the toughest? What's your best advice for the upcoming class? Any "If I did it over again, i'd do it this way instead" type of stuff lol? Is there anyway we could prepare for the classes before school starts?
  5. You're right, I found it. I dissolved my group and joined the existing one hehe. Good luck at Downstate, I got waitlisted there!
  6. Hi everyone, congratulations to all those accepted! I've created a new Facebook group so that we can all gather and discuss anything necessary before the program starts. We're stronger as a team! Please type in "Decker School of Nursing - Class of 2019" in your Facebook search bars. My name's Brian, can't wait to meet you all!
  7. I have everything in order for my application. Just missing my last 2 pre-requisite courses (Sociology and Intro to Psych); one of which i'm taking this semester. It seems this is the first time they've had an interview for this program? Their website specifically states there are no interviews for the accelerated nursing program. I wonder what it will entail, and what our chances of being accepted are once we have been invited for an interview.
  8. I haven't received anything yet. I actually need to reach out to her to confirm my interview, but like you i've been having difficulty getting a hold of her. I just kept leaving voicemails.
  9. I submitted my application in early October, if I recall correctly.
  10. Congratulations. I received a call this morning for an interview next Tuesday (12/12). It seems a good number of applicants are getting interviews. I wonder what the ratio of applicants interviewed to those that will be accepted are.
  11. Hi everyone, I just wanted to say i've been accepted for Fall 2017 cohort, 11 month as well! This is all news to me so i'll be doing research on where to stay and what not.
  12. Congrats to you all, i was unfortunately rejected. Didn't even make it to an interview. Wonder how i can improve my application for next time.
  13. Hello, thanks for the starting this thread. I'm in the middle of the application now. When did the application officially become available? I was told it would be on Sept 1st but it seems some have completed their apps weeks ago. I wonder if an application submitted close to deadline lowers my chance of getting in.
