Hi everyone, I received feedback from NMC after 60 days. The NMC asked me to download and complete a t/a reference form to confirm exposure to geriatrics. According to them I am lacking clinical training hours in geriatrics. Does anybody knows who are authorized to fill out the t/a reference form? Is it the school or my current employer? Any reply would be highly appreciated
