  1. Hey ladies! So I was accepted yay! I have a question.... do they want us to go to a specific location to do our drug test?
  2. Not dumb at all! It's good that you're putting thought into your outfit. I think that sounds great! I will probably wear jeans to be honest. You can still look presentable in jeans....
  3. I will be at the orientation! See you ladies there!
  4. Hey guys! Congrats on getting accepted!! I am on the alternate list! Since I have a class in progress. I wonder how many people applied? And if all the seats are taken? I really want to get in.
  5. Not many places (especially public schools) offer the LVN-BSN bridge. So far I've seen East Bay CSU and LA CSU currently offering it but seats are limited. There are also other private universities.
  6. Hey ladies! Congrats on physio and turning in that final step towards becoming an LVN! I turned mine in on the deadline. I wonder how many applicants they got? I'm taking Psych 4 this semester. Because I have a class in progress I am in the third tier. I hope they get to the third tier! Have either of you considered getting a BSN after becoming an LVN? I am doing some research on that.
  7. Same! I just want to get the ball rolling. It's hard. Anatomy 1 is a piece of cake In Comparison. I'm so worried of applying and not getting In Though to be honest.
  8. Hi Ladies! I am also applying to the LVN program! Currently finishing up Physio 1. Submitting my application after this semester is over. When is the deadline? I have the goal of doing LVN-BSN.
  9. I am willing to move! I live in CA, which I am figuring out is one of the most competitive states given the population. What do you mean by being holistic with their admissions? Thanks
  10. Anatomy, Physio, Micro, Bio I have all A's. So I can't do much better than that. It's actually the general ed classes like history That I slacked on my first year of college.
  11. Hi everybody! I've tried googling looking for a list of schools that accept students with a GPA such as 2.5, 2.7, 3.0 but haven't found anything clear. Any school suggestions or links? Thank you so so much!

  14. Microbiology is definitely not as much work as Anatomy and Physiology. You can take a hard class like Stats with Micro and not feel like your life is over.
  15. Hi! I'm attending Santa Rosa Junior College in California. I am almost done with my pre-reqs and getting ready to apply to schools with nursing programs to earn my bachelors. One problem- I got C's in the introductory English, Biology, and Chemistry. I am unable to repeat the classes if I got a C or better. This disables me from being eligible for a couple schools that I wanted to get into. If it doesn't make me not eligible, it completely ruins my chances, my school counselor tells me. However, I have gotten A's and a B in the upper division science classes like Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology. And have also gotten A's in the math classes I needed to transfer. I'm kicking myself for not taking my school seriously in my first year of college. But I refuse to believe this makes it impossible to get accepted into good schools. Anybody have any suggestions? Things I could do? Schools in mind that wouldn't care about the first classes on my record? Any ray of hope will help. Thank you!
