hello @Michellestudentnurse, when was that if you don't mind me asking? Did you take NCLEX on sep 29th as well? Did they say what the issue was? I am about to purchase airline ticket but wanted to make sure they would do it for me as well. What was your situation? Did you need to have the license to register for a course?

I need it prove that I passed to take the last capstone course for my BSN and if I didn't get it soon (like in 2-3days), I won't be able to graduate by 2020. ?

I took NCLEX sep 29th, 48hr later I purchased pearson quick result, and it showed that I had passed. However, it has been almost a week and BRN still does not show my name. I called again today(Monday) and was told that it usually takes 2-3weeks to see my name on the BRN web site. However, all my classmates who had passed last month were able to see their names on BRN web site in 48hrs (some even before 48hrs). Has anyone experienced this before? I called BRN last week and they said to just wait. Does it really take 2-3weeks? Can person vue quick result be wrong? The reason I need my name to be shown asap is because I have one course left to finish my BSN and without RN license, I am not allowed to start the course. My plan was to start on OCt 12 so that I could finish by Dec. I cannot wait 2-3weeks. Should I pay a visit to Sacramento office? Would it make a difference?

yes. i was asking you. thank you, I plan to apply fall of 2017. I am still taking pre-requisites. some questions for anyone who can answer. i would appreciate. (1) I was wondering whether anyone who took pharmaceutical course. I heard that it is so difficult that it's better not to take it before applying (bc it might damage my overall GPA). anyone has any advice on that? has anyone taken it during summer? I plan to take it for summer of 2017. (2) would they add points for taking math 219 even though they only list math 080 or 081? in the handout they gave out during info session had only math 80 and 81. (3) if I volunteered or worked at a very small doctor's office where there is no HR, do i get a proof of volunteering from the doctor directly? (4) how could i prove that I can fluently speak 2nd language? English is not my primary language and I speak another language fluently. but how do i prove that? the only way is to get a letter from a professor at a university who teaches that language? (5) I am currently attending SAC and santiago canyon and was wondering which History course you would recommend for me to take? online vs in class American history unto 1865 vs American history since 1865 vs Mexican American history in US any professor who you had a good experience with at SAC or santiago canyon? (6) for the nursing concept course, was it not to hard to take during intersession? I plan to take it this winter 2016. Should i take it during spring or fall semester? (7) has anyone taken Math 219(stat) at sac or santiago canyon? is there a professor who gives a lot of extra credit points? I prefer someone who gives out a lot of extra credit points. (8) here is my plan for now, any advice? Summer 2016: Math 219 Fall 2016: Microbio at SAC Winter 2017: Nursing concept at SAC Spring 2017: History at SAC Summer 2017: Pharmaceutical course for nursing at SAC (not sure whether I should take it before applying or not...) I have two young children so I can't take many courses at a time. I would really appreciate if any of you can help me deciding. thank you! :)

congrats Chris and Erica! i hope you don't mind asking Qs here. i plan to apply for fall of 2017 and was wondering whether I could ask students who were already accepted. 1. can i PM(personal message) you? 2. do you mind sharing your GPA, pre-req GPA, and what do you think made your application successful in getting into interview stage? or if i share mine to you, do you mind telling me whether i stand a chance or not? I am so intimidated with what I heard from info session... 3. could you share how you approached the interview sessions and group interview situation? 4. I plan to finish microbiology and chem in Fall of 2016 (December of 2016). Should I apply for summer or fall of 2017? I was worried that my transcript would not show the last 2 courses I plan to take in Fall of 2016 if I rush to submit my application by Jan to be eligible for summer application. 5. once accepted, when do you have to take Teas test? did you tell you when?
