    congratulations ^__^ My advise is to find an employer that will NOT make you shift to the new scheme, unless you prefer the new scheme.

    There is a solution to your problems, find a different employer. I submitted my pack 2 early january, I called the NMC yesterday and they told me my Decision letter will be arriving in 7-10 days. Informed my employer and she did not require me to change to the new process.
