I applied to FAU's BSN-DNP program for the FNP track, starting in May 2017. Just wanted to start a post for anyone else who has applied. I submitted my application in the beginning of February, but haven't heard anything. Has anyone gotten an interview? I know someone who applied to the Geriatric/Acute Care track and has an interview scheduled.

Bethany, I would try calling them. I called yesterday just to see if they could tell me when they would be making decisions and since they already had, I was told over the phone. It doesn't hurt to try.

I received a phone call from Admissions. I haven't received anything via email or mail yet, however. That is to come as far as I know.

No, this is the only school I've applied to thus far. I am a second bachelor degree student, so I can't apply to traditional tracks. I originally graduated from FAU with a degree in Math. PBA is my top school, so I'm really hoping on getting in so that I don't even have to look elsewhere. Sorry to hear about FAU; if it makes you feel any better, I heard their program isn't even comparable to PBA. Fingers crossed! I will let you know as soon as I hear anything else!

No! I emailed my admissions counselor and was told they haven't made final decisions yet. We should know before 4/1 though. You didn't hear anything yet right ?

I haven't heard from any other students.. I'm surprised also! I spoke with someone at the school. My GPA is also 3.4, TEAS 90%. This past week has been the longest week ever! I'm really hoping we will start hearing back next week.

No not yet. I heard it may be the last two weeks in March when we are supposed to hear back. What GPA and teas score do you have, if you don't mind me asking?

Wanted to start a thread for all nursing students who are applying to PBA's nursing program this year (2015). I applied for the summer start date. :) Anyone currently in the program that can provide any insight? Has anyone applied and gotten accepted?
