  1. Not a lot of fentanyl, BUT could've needed more narcan like stated above? And I also wonder about her ABG... Also, with her pressure 190's systolically with issues with her liver (clotting etc.), her H/H and possibly PLT.. could've had a head bleed leaving her obtunded. Our neurosurgeons really like to keep the pressure under 140 systollically if they have a hx of bleeding or liver fxn issues, etc.
  2. Definitely going to look into that book and any other info that you guys would suggest! I'm a new grad nurse starting a job in Neuro ICU. Any other tips you have for handling stress/grief? I am going to be working nights, so hopefully I'm able to learn a little easier!
  3. I've applied for the March 2015 residency, but still haven't heard back. Anyone else apply to the March residency? Did you hear back before MARCH? Thanks.
