@RN5488 I'm going to George Washington. I was actually thinking of living in Arlington though because I'll be doing my clinicals at MedStar. Congrats! to those of you who got the good news:)

I did and they just said the letters were mailed out this morning. They won't send any emails.

Saturday is still too late for me. I'm hopefully signing a lease in VA Saturday so Rutgers is out. I had some hope that I would hear back in time with the emails but I guess not. Next year they should change their policy so they don't lose students to other schools.

That would be really cruel if that were the case. They will hopefully send out emails today as well.

I haven't received one yet either! The wait is killing me. I'm really nervous. I just want to find out either way!

Hmm that's a good question. For the other programs they sent out the acceptance letters first. Then saw who declined and sent out the next round of acceptance letters. Then they sent out the wait list/rejection letters. But Rutgers is so late in getting decisions out, I don't know if they have time for that.

The wait is killing me too! Hopefully that's the case and everyone gets in:)

That's excellent! I'm glad they're emailing out the letters. I'm looking at apartments this weekend for another school so finding out this week would be great.

Thanks for the update. This is really disappointing and frustrating. I don't understand why it's taking so long. They've had many of the applications for months now. You might be right. They might have something else going on that isn't being said.

Is anyone still looking for a roommate?

Mid-July is way too late for a program that starts in August/September.

@jsc208 I won't officially withdrawal my application until everything is set for the other program. Hopefully I will hear back from Rutgers before then, but I will be looking for and hopefully getting an apartment near the other school in just a few weeks.

I got this email response this morning after I asked if the decisions will be sent out this week: "Applications are currently under review. As soon as the committee reviews all applications, decisions will be communicated and letters will be sent out." Unfortunately, at this point I'm just going to have to go ahead and plan on going to the other school.

I know me too! It's driving me crazy.
