Anyone going to York know why it says under "Conditions of Admissions" in my mail package it says "your offer of admission is contingent on your submission of proof of all degrees/diplomas earned. Please submit official transcrpits which show degrees and/or driplomas earned"?? I finished my third year at Brock this year but did not get a degree. Is this sentence just saying that IF you did get a degree you need to submit it? No where on OUAC or MyFile does is say that I had been given a conditional offer. Thanks!

I just found out through my file! I still have not received an email, which is kinda odd considering western & u of t both emailed me.

Hello! No, I didn't repeat any courses. I just worked really hard in my third year to bring my overall gpa up. Honestly, my first year marks are brutal. So I would just recommend working your hardest this year :)

Oh and one of my prerequisite marks (micro) was actually 75%, not 79% - woops! Maybe that'll make some of you who are worried about prerequisite marks feel a little better :)

Hey guys, today I got rejected from U of T but thankfully right after I got an offer from York! I'm so pumped! In case any of you are wondering, My overall average was 75% and my last 5 credit average was 81% with all my prerequisite courses being 79% and above. Hang in there guys!

were those the cut offs for internal applicants only? or also for external ?

Me too! I got a reply from them today saying they can't say anything about the cutoffs for this year yet, but last year the cut off was a B+ overall and a B+ last 30 credits. I'm kind of nervous because I only have a B average overall but an A for the last 30 (according to York's scale)! I guess I'll just have to wait and see ....

Yes I'm an external applicant! My marks are all in but my university said the official transcripts won't be sent until mid-end of May. ughhh I am anxious for this waiting game to end!

Me too! I haven't heard anything. I think it's because I just finished school so they are all waiting for my final grades to go through. Are you just finishing school now too??

Hello! I'm in my third year of a Bio degree at Brock. I haven't heard back from anyone yet, I'm assuming they're waiting to see my final grades since I'm currently taking phys, anatomy & a couple of the other prerequisites.
