  1. NLCstudent26 Yes, it means you got in!!! Congratulations
  2. Thanks HelloWish. Have you heard any recommendations on which core classes should be taken together. I know for sure I will be doing Adv. Health Assessment alone. Then I will take Patho and Theory together.
  3. Applied A few weeks ago and logged in today. My status has changed to accepted for the Houston campus. Super excitedí ½í¸Š
  4. I was considering Walden but the constant bad reviews have me reconsidering. I have also heard good things about Walden. I know many reviews were about them not providing clinical preceptor, but so far every traditional university I look into does the exact same thing. (TWU, UTHHSC and UTA)
  5. Hi, I wanted to get information on the program at Walden? Did you decide to go through with your choice and how is it, if so?
  6. Adriana they do a preliminary check for you first and they will email you and let you know any updates like if your blue card will be in the mail. Once you get that email it took the BON a few days to put my name in their system in order for me to register to get my fingerprints done.
  7. @Unicorn89 The BON still do not have you in the system just keep trying. They update the system overnight so try tomorrow.
  8. @jiselcantu06 There is a place off 1960 called AG&G CPR it's $45 here is the website. AG&G CPR HOUSTON, TX
  9. I believe so. There was another person on this thread who had their license suspended and had to do a DO. I say do it because it is better to be safe and not lose your spot.
  10. @alarisealarise I would say start working on your titers, physical, tb, tdap, influenza, cpr if you have not done so already or if you are a PCA or CNA you can get your immunization history from work and just update what is needed. With the background check if you need a Declaratory Order start your paperwork ASAP. Otherwise NH will send your information to the BON and they will let them know if you need to do a background check with the BON. Once that is completed you will be able to do your fingerprints. I was accepted to the LVN before being accepted to NH ADN program. So I have everything completed already. Also I will be taking Pharmacology this summer at the Health Professions Building but I will be there Mon and Wed. But one of my friends who took her said it is only on test days that we go to class. But hopefully I will see you at orientation on May 14th. Let me know if you need help.
  11. I gave my spot up in the LVN at CF so if you're an alternate they may call or email you.
  12. I was accepted to North Harris ADN.....finally geesh
  13. I wonder if it applies to CNA's as well. I just received an email and was told I did not need to do a background check because it was done for me and my blue card would be in the mail. I did apply for the LVN program and was accepted. Still waiting to see if I was accepted into the ADN.
  14. They sent it to my school email. But that was the only email I included on my application.
