  1. someone make a page for Dallas!!! I'm not very facebook savvy otherwise I would! Can't wait to meet everyone! :)
  2. Just checked today, was admitted unconditionally to Dallas campus! NOW I CAN REST EASY!! You will probably hear something this week, so excited to meet you guys!!!
  3. Torture is an understatement!! And just the Gorl with the Dallas admissions was out on vacation, i would definitely call Houston and ask what's up, because it's nice to know so we can, you know, start planning for the future!!!!! I hate waiting....hate it!!! Let us know what you find out!!!
  4. Well I called today to see if I could figure out anything, spoke with the secretary for nursing at Dallas campus, then was transferred to office of admissions processing, then to general admissions, then BACK to Dallas campus....anyways, come to find out the lady that will ultimately let us know of our admissions status is out on vacation for three weeks.....SOOOO guess we have to wait almost another month. Which kinda sucks because we all sorta have to plan around all this...but what can you do right??
  5. Oh I sure hope so. I'm tired of waiting because I'm trying to plan around all this you know?? I emailed the director at the Dallas campus and she said that they were going to be done with all of the applications put in thus far by the "end of June"... well now it's almost August and we are still waiting!! What's your campus of choice!? :)
  6. @RNtobeFNP,BSN which campus did you apply to ?? :)
  7. I have yet to receive an actual letter, I just kept checking WebAdvisor and one day it finally said "accepted." My Dallas application still says "awaiting department review" and I'm just not sure what the hold up is with the whole process. So frustrating. Just keep checking!!!!!
  8. @josie25, BSN I applied to the Houston campus as a back-up plan [i live in DFW] and I heard back from them within a week and got accepted. Still waiting to hear back from Dallas, and I put that application in two months ago. I got accepted unconditionally to Houston campus, so I am wondering if the same will happen for my Dallas campus application? Just not sure what's taking so long...Also, what are the next steps after getting admitted? Will we start getting more info on orientation, classes, advising, registration, etc.????? Thankful for everyone's input!!!!
  9. YAY!! CONGRATS @josie25, BSN!!! That's awesome!!!! I don't know why I haven't heard anything. I applied to Dallas campus MAY 21st!!!! and still nothing. Also applied to Houston campus on 6/21. If I don't get in I would like to know sooner rather than later so I could start planning other options you know!!? How many years work experience do you have?? Congratulations again!!!!!!!!!!! :)
  10. Heard anything yet? My webadvisor has said "awaiting department review" for weeks now and it's driving me nuts
  11. Hello all! Was wondering if anyone was thinking about/has applied for TWU's NP Program starting Spring 2019? If so, which campus and which specialty did you apply to? Also, if anyone has been admitted to the TWU NP Program in the past few semesters, would you mind giving me a timeline as to how long after you submitted your application until you found out you were accepted? Also, any other stats like undergrad GPA, years of experience, etc. that you're willing to share in regards to your application would be appreciated!! I look forward to hearing from you guys!
