  1. Yes, HRN does 4 week contracts and pays you for rental car, air fare and hotel and a good wage... let me know if you are interested...
  2. Hey, My feelings about working a strike is that sure people have different feelings but the pt still needs care and if you want the money and you know what to do then why not... AND the hospital has to pay big $$$'s and that is why the nurses go on strike because the budget is were it hits the hospital... If they have to pay it out then next time they will think twice... So, why not get it into your pocket and help the nursing profession along with the patient...
  3. aureus medical will screw where possible.... and I will take that to the bank.... or not to the bank... they keep a lot of your money.....
  4. Go to ehealthinsurance.com and they have some good quotes. and reasonable.
  5. I have worked for CCTC, Aureus and now with HRN in Century City California... HRN is good and I have just found out about Secure travel and they pay good also... secure travel number is 1-213-736-6771.. I am going to go with Secure for per diem work... they pay good... I do not know what there travel division pays... something to look into... I heard they were good from some nurses I work with now... Laurie
