  1. Here's the link! Log into Facebook | Facebook
  2. It's semi-private. You can search for it but people that aren't in the group can't read the posts. I'll look you up on Facebook and add you!
  3. I just made one! It's GPC Nursing - 2018 Graduates
  4. I spoke with someone in GSU's nursing department about the RN-BSN program. They told me that they haven't turned down anyone who's met the requirements. I think that because it is all online, admission into the program is pretty easy. I also spoke with Diane at GPC's nursing program, and she told me that in our first semester, we'll have class once a week (at Clarkston campus), sim labs the other days (Dunwoody campus), and our clinicals. I was told that once we submit our photo and acceptance form, they will start letting us know of what we'll need to do prior to starting the program. Hope this helps!
  5. I called them to ask the same question, and we can do either. I was worried that if I mailed it, it wouldn't get there in time.
  6. Congrats!! SO excited for this new journey for us!
  7. Just got my acceptance letter!! Congrats everyone! Can't wait to meet you guys!
  8. Me neither. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow!
  9. I checked the mail when I got home, and there was nothing. Luckily my mail lady comes early in the morning and I don't have class until tomorrow evening
  10. I just called them again to ask a couple questions and she told me that the letters were sent out Friday, so we should be getting them any day now! But to answer your question, no not yet! I'm at work until 5....ugh!
  11. LETTERS WERE SENT OUT FRIDAY! Check your mail!!
  12. Just called and the lady told me that they're projecting to send out letters in April. Ugggghhhh so far away!
  13. Every time I've spoken with someone in the office, they've told me that we should hear no later than April 30th. I'm going to be annoying and call them again.
  14. Me too! It looks like the students last year found out their admission status this same weekend last year. I'm going to be glued to my mailbox all weekend
  15. Congrats!! That's so exciting! I did my prerequisites at GPC as well :)
  16. Has anyone heard anything from the school yet? I'm religiously check the mail every day haha. I'm also trying to look for any clues that might mean I'm admitted. Have you guys seen anything?
  17. I didn't get in Oh well, there's always next year! Good luck everyone!! I hope you all get in! :)
  18. Don't stress, you'll do great! The ATI Study Manual was amazing! I decided last minute on a Friday to sign up for the TEAS and took it the next Tuesday and made a 91. I checked out the study manual from GPC's library and studied over the weekend. It has everything you need to know in it. This sounds kind of dumb, but I had to re-teach myself long multiplication and division by hand because I had forgotten it! So brush up on your math stuff. Watch Youtube videos on some science concepts if you're unfamiliar with them. Practice the reading section and familiarize yourself with the main points in the manual. Review grammar! Seriously look it over and know it. Some of those questions were a bit tricky. Just study the manual front to back and you will be just fine :)
  19. They didn't ask me for one. Did they reach out to you and request scores? I literally haven't heard anything from them since the email to set up my OPUS account.
  20. So I've been reading threads from past years, and I saw some people logged into a OPUS a few days before their admission status was released and saw an Emory email address listed in their demographic info. Do any of you have an e-mail yet? I looked and didn't see one I'm hoping that's not a bad sign!
  21. Not yet! Sooo anxious
  22. Yes :) I submitted it at the end of January after I submitted everything else, so hopefully they take it into consideration!
  23. I took it! I definitely recommend the ATI study manual. It was super helpful for me
  24. Yeah! I live in the Sandy Springs area.
  25. I hope we do too!! I'm so nervous! Yeah I've been to a few open houses, and it's always been really fun! I may go again soon.
