About jst4layne

jst4layne specializes in Psychology.

My name is Shannon and I graduated from Nursing School in May of 2013 with my BSN. Upon graduation, I expected to take the NCLEX and pass the first time (don't we all). Well, that didn't happen-I took the NCLEX 3 times in total. Definitely not how I had imagined it going, but I NEVER GAVE UP! While it was extremely discouraging to fail-especially more than once, I persevered. ALL 3 times I had 265 questions as well (Ughhh). And between life and having a baby, it took me 2 years, but on my 3rd attempt at NCLEX, I was successful!! I am happy to say I am officially an RN! I can honestly say that being part of this community helped me immensely as well!
