  1. Hi studentnurse.moe! I wanted to check back with you since you've started the nursing program PSC. How's your first semester going? I start next month, I'm so excited! Is it super overwhelming? Any surprises you might want to mention that you wish you'd known about? Thanks for any info you might want to share.
  2. Thanks for the advice jbm1135. You should be graduating next month, how exciting! I'm just beginning my nursing school adventure as you're ending yours. The road ahead of me looks very long right now, did it go by faster than you thought it would? I wish you all the luck in your nursing career!!!
  3. Hi jbm1135, Thanks so much for the advice, I'm really excited about starting. If you think of anymore tips to throw my way, please don't hesitate. I'll take all the help I can get!
  4. Hello, I passed my Hesi-A2 and have been informed that I am scheduled to start the nursing program at Pensacola State College in May 2016. I wanted to reach out and connect with anyone else that might be starting the program at the same time. Also, if anyone that has already started the program can offer some advice or insight about how the first semester is would be so much appreciated!
  5. Hi, my husband also is transferring to Pensacola and I wanted to apply to the RN Nursing program. I have ALL my pre-reqs finished, thank goodness! Do you know how long it usually takes now after you apply to actually start the program? I can handle waiting for 6 months, but a year or two seems ridiculous. Will it help my application process that I've already finished all my pre-reqs with a 4.0 grade point average? I still live in Virginia so I can't go talk to anyone in person at the school yet. Any information will help a great deal. By the way, if you've finished the program, is it a good one??
  6. Hello All! My husband is in the military and just got orders to Pensacola and I wanted to apply to the Nursing Program at Pensacola State College to get my RN degree. I'm just finishing all my pre-requisites. Do you know all long the waiting list is? I've been reading horror stories about 2 year wait lists, is that true!?!? Thank you!!
