Passed hawaii nclex RN
I got confused with the info you provided. Are you saying you received a letter saying you passed and giving you instructions what are the next steps for obtaining the license? Or was it the unofficial result? You passed oct28 and submitted your reg oct5?? Or was it just a typo? Anyway, HI does nursing board meeting monthly. That's when they verify who passed the NCLEX then will assign a registration number (which will be you license number). So if they received your paper work after Nov3 and the next meeting will be on Dec1 so it'll be most likely your license number will not be released until then which will be about 2months. Mine took 2 months too. Also they wont post it right away on their website license verification. I hope this helps!

Starting ICU in less than a month
Did you guys have to do critical care course prior to starting? Was there an exam? If so was it hard? Sorry for all the questions. I offered an icu job but requires to pass the cc course exam to get the job.

Critical Care Course
Were you required to pass an exam after the course? If so was it hard? I got an offer for an ICU job with cc course requiring to pass the exam to get the job. So curious of how is it.

What did you do to get an RN job though without experience?
Thank you for all your suggestions. I cannot and will not be eligible for a new grad program since i graduated few years back. Im a foreign graduate and it took a long time to process my papers. Anyway, i still tried but ive noticed they prefer "local graduate" and could be the reason why they didnt pick/choose my application. Would reallllly looovvee to work acute care.
