  1. Hi Chinglee, Ok your posts are a bit confusing but this is what I understand. You meet a student Dr through your nursing studies and have a crush on him. You worked up the courage to contact him, but because of some issue (personal or work related) between he and a friend you worry he will not respond well? Is this correct? So you sound very young from your post. A crush is totally fine, nice part of life, and if thinking about him gets you through tough school work then that works for you. If you still work with this Dr or will in the future then I would suggest keeping your feelings to your self. Any personal interactions, positive or negative, might make the situation awkward for both of you and those around you which is unprofessional. In general it is good to keep your personal life out of the work place, which is why his disagreement with your friend should not be your concern. Good luck going forward.
  2. Hi I just got my acceptance too!! Yayayayy!
  3. Thank you for the clarification!
  4. I was waitlisted and not guaranteed a spot. Were you ranked? I was very confused by my email as it said that there were no rankings.
  5. Hi guys, It might be that we are doing group interviews, but I just reread the information at the top of the SignUpGenius page. It says "We will be e-mailing you the room number for your interview within 48 hours of your scheduled interview". Maybe they are not group interviews after all. Also, they are offering Skype interviews to people that would most likely be individual. I have the first slot so I will post and let people know. Has everyone viewed the PowerPoint? Is there sound associated with it? I could not get it to play on my phone. Good luck everyone!
  6. I got an interview invite as well! If anyone here is looking for a timeline it was about a week after my application cleared the Nursing CAS system.
  7. Hi Heavenlyred, I had something similar happen with one of my transcripts. This is how I got it sorted: I emailed two schools I had applied to using the system to let them know of the issue, that I was in contact with NursingCAS and my former college about it and that I had a PDF of that transcript available if they need it right away. Then I called NursingCAS over the course of an hour until I spoke to someone. I redialed about 12 times before I was told that someone would pick up my call, and then waited about 15 minutes to speak with someone. When I spoke to someone on the phone I was told that it wasn't received, even though they had received the other transcript. The gentleman told me it would take about a week after they received the transcript for it to be uploaded to the system. Then I overnighted a copy of my transcript to NursingCAS. They must have had the first copy I sent around somewhere because it showed up in the system the next day and everything was solved. So really don't worry that much, let the schools know the issue and that you are on top of it and be persistent in contacting NursingCAS. It will all get worked out, you've already done all the hard work!
  8. I sent my app in on January 1st. Thanks for letting me know about the timeline.
  9. Nurserush15, how long after you submitted your application did it take to hear back from them? Anyone else have an interview yet?
