Hi all! Just wondering how much you were able to save before starting school. I'll have about 30,000 saved and I'm worried that will not be enough.

Dutch village is a drive to the med. Stonehenge garden is kinda close. My friend lived in Stonehenge gardens and the apartments are nice. I believed it included H/HW but not electric.

Mostly stand alone apartments but there is an apt complex that is about 2 blocks from Amc. It's called park row. There is another apartment complex called new Scotland gardens and its a little further from Amc but walkable. I work at Amc so there are no internal housing postings. Did you try zillow?

The good thing about the Amc area is there are lots of student housing. I would say anywhere in the park south area and center square area is good for housing. Especially for walking distance. Center square is pretty pricey though. Amc is in the heart of Albany so any where is Albany is not a bad drive to the hospital.

I live in Albany now and plan on applying for next year so I can answers questions about places to live. When did you find out you got accepted? Congrats. I'm surprised the application is still open for next semester. I also heard they got a new director.

My question is when you apply to all these schools do you have your references send out numerous letters of recommendations?? I want to apply to a few schools but I don't want to keep asking my references for a letter for each school I apply to. Thoughts?

Yeah. I'm dreading taking this exam. I just don't know where to start for the math.
