  1. Hi Hannah, I sent you a message on facebook regarding the program. It might have went to your junk messages. I am looking to get information on the program as there doesn't seem to be many reviews online as you guys may know. Please let me know. Shenielle
  2. Is It possible for me to contact you personal with Facebook or IG? I'd like to apple for fall but I have a few questions.
  3. Hi Gabriela06 you applied and was accepted for the baptist scholarship? and accepted to nova ? If so is there anyway I can speak with you privately? Do you happen to have a FB or IG?
  4. Awesome ty. How abt anyone with a 3.2 GPA OR HIGHER?
  5. I won't be applying to the program till possiblly the end of 2019/beginning of 2020. Can someone please tell me what the lows and highs were for GPA's and HESI scores that were accepted into the Generic and Part time programs for this term? Also congrats to everyone that made It and congrats to those who all had the courage to apply.
  6. Great! Thanks for clarifying.
  7. Whoops! I should of read this first. So I'm correct ? @ndrullard
  8. I think BC might be contradicting what they're saying here. On one line It states retakes for a better grade may not be accepted, but on another It states the first successful attempt is accepted. A first successful attempt would be a C or high therefore you cannot retake that class for a better grade that would give you higher points (B or A), but if you fail with a D or lower you CAN retake the class for a first successful atempt (C, B, or A) This is what I'm understanding. Correct me if I'm wrong? Because that is how the advisor just explained It to me. If this is correct that means they're simplifying the process somewhat for 2019 applicants. #HELP lol
  9. I might end up applying for the summer19 term or fall19, but for now I've also been using the fall 2018 forum as a guide. Does anyone want to study for the HESI with myself?
  10. Introduction to Anatomy & Physiology: Crash Course A&P #1 - YouTube Sorry waiting for my comment to post (It has other helpful links). The system states they have to verify that its not spam due to all the HESI links I added. Hope they help :)
  11. Awesome! pocket prep and quizlet are the best ways to study I've been hearing. I found a few tools for the HESI i'll list them below. The Ultimate Guide to Scoring High on the HESI A2 Anatomy and Physiology Section | Pocket Prep HESI A2: ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY Flashcards | Quizlet Ch
  12. Although, I'm sure this chat will be closed soon I had a few questions as I'm applying for the Jan 2019 cycle. We started a chat but at the moment theres only 2 individuals in the group. 1. How were the points calculated? 2. Starting Jan 2019 Pool the GPA is calculated only using A&P 1+2, and English comp. Is that correct? (ALL THE REQUIREMENTS TO GET INTO THE PROGRAM) 3. Please list your best ways for tackling the HESI, and overall any tips for success.
  13. I would like to enroll in the Jan 2019 cycle but I might have to wait until the summer of 2019, due to a class or two that will be in progress during the fall. Overall my interest is within BC's nursing program, so I'm solely working towards that. Please list how you've studied for the HESI and the tools you're using. What I've been doing is going to the library everyday and studying for a minimum of 4 hours using the Hesi Admissions Assessment and Exam Review Book. I love this book due to It breaks everything down in simple steps and also explains why this is the answer they're looking for. Correct me if I'm wrong, the calculation of the GPA during 2019 is based upon having English Composition, A&PI and Lab, and A&P II and Lab? with also College Algebra but It is not calculated in the GPA? just required.
  14. Wow thank you for the information I am only 21 and grad from VCC at the end of 2015 with my A.A in general studies. I already have the money saved for nursing school really been saving since 17. Just really been looking for where to start after grad and want to get into this program.
  15. Hello I wanted to know does anyone know how many students the program usually admits? and the wait time if I wanted to start fall 2016? Is it a 2 year wait list like Valencia?
