    Lehigh Regional is very small, and have not had good experience with it, except for the ICU. When I have floated to other units, they have all been very helpful. I can't help with the residency program, unfortunately. Good luck in your search.

    I went to nursing school at NCH campus, and currently work at Lee Memorial. The nurses working at NCH call it "No Communication Here". My opinion - Lee Memorial wins hands down
