Nurse making the jump from UK to USA, needing a bit of advice
UK nurses do not have to write the Cgfns qualifying exams. My Univeristy was able to provide Cgfns the required clinical hours. UK nurses do more hours; theory and clinical than the US nurses, that should suffice. Be open minded and be willing to go to any state. You can always move after you are grounded in US. Good luck all UK nurses.

Thank you for your responds. I did the NCLEX and passed and I am licensed with Ga Bon. I moved to Georgia last year. I have permanent residency. All that has been taken care, just to find the job now. Thank you.

I am a registered nurse in UK and will like to relocate to us but I am thinking of doing the Nclex and also take. A master degree in nursing. I am just worried if I willl get a job after my man.
