  1. Nurse to patient ratio on night shift LTC (no state regulations)

    I work 6p-6a... We have 67 residents and 2 nurses with 3 CNAs. 14 residents are skilled and we have PICCs,tubefeedings, and all that fun stuff mixed in :) I've come to realize LTC= heavy workload but my passion is geriatrics so I just wear my good running shoes!
