Need help choosing my classes
I was home-schooled. I took one year of earth science, but that has nothing to do with the sciences nursing students have to take.

Need help choosing my classes
It's time to choose my classes for summer and fall! I can't seem to make my mind up. I have 3 options, 1- Taking Chemistry and intermediate algebra together in summer quarter (only 8 weeks instead of 10) and then bio major cellular, and lifespan psych in the fall 2- Taking intermediate algebra and psych in the summer and Bio and chem together in the fall, or 3- Waiting to to take chem until the fall and taking it with an elective then move on to bio the next quarter (but that adds months to when I can apply for the program) I have always hated math, because I didn't understand it, but I am getting an "A" two quarters in a row. I have never taken a science class in my life, so I am a little worried. Any help is greatly appreciated! p.s I have two kids (4 and 2)

Help me!
I am finishing my pre reqs for the nursing program, and I am starting to get really scared. Everyone tells me that I will not be able to see my family, and all I will be doing is the program. Is that true? I know it's going to be time consuming, and very difficult, but will I reall not have time for my kids? I have a 4 year old, and an almost 2 year old.

How hard is it?
Thank you, everyone. I am currently in my 2nd quarter of pre reqs. I have my first science class (chemistry) next quarter. I am so excited, I am very passionate about nursing. I am a little worried about the program because I have a 4 year old and an almost 2 year old. I know it will be tough, but worth it in the end. I guess I was just looking for words of affirmation. haha

intermediate algebra and chem?
Do you think taking intermediate algebra and chemistry together is a bad idea? Or is it doable?

How hard is it?
I need some insider info. How hard is nursing school? Can someone tell what a typical day looks like?

Anatomy
I am preparing for the Anatomy class I'll be taking next year, so I ordered a poster to help me memorize. I got the poster today and I am shocked, I didn't expect it to have THAT much information on it. Do they actually make you memorize EVERY little thing in the human body or do they focus on the more important stuff? TIA

Starting my journey!
Thank you, ladies! I'm starting off with an English, math, and music class. Hopefully I'll get the hang of it quick. Shooting for straight A's! Ahhhh! Lol

Starting my journey!
I start my first quarter of pre requisites on Monday and I am so excited/nervous! I was not good in school at all so I'm really going to have to work my booty off! But I WILL do it for my 2 beautiful children! :) prayers/good thoughts would be greatly appreciated . Also, if you have any advice or tips on juggling being a mommy and a full time student, that would be awesome! TIA :)

can I do it?
Thank you so much! I just overwhelmed sometimes. I will be the first person in my family and my husband's family to obtain a degree. I need to do this for myself but more importantly for my kids. They deserve so much more than what my husband and I had and it's up to me to make sure they get it!

can I do it?
So I'm a mother of a 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son. I haven't been to school for 6 years! I actually got my GED instead of graduating. I'm worried that I won't do good in college at all! I am horrible in math and I know all the sciences revolve around it. I'm starting in January and I'm just full of self doubt. Is it really that hard? Also, can someone tell me what I have to memorize more anatomy? Is it every bone and every muscle? TIA
