  1. I was offered a seat for the second degree sequence but will be attending another program for those of you on the waitlist. Congrats to everyone who was accepted and good luck to you all!!
  2. I was accepted but will be attending another program for anyone on the wait list. Congrats everyone and good luck in the future!!!
  3. I can't believe it but I got in!!! Can't wait to meet everyone this summer!
  4. Nothing today as well
  5. Me too!!! I don't know about you but I've probably gotten 20 emails from UCF about registering for orientation and I get my hopes up every time that they sent out decisions. It's torture! @bmoreucf I believe it is by e-mail and not snail mail
  6. I was wondering the same thing!!! I was thinking if we don't hear anything this Friday then it will most likely be on the 20th. Just my guess though. Either way we are less than 2 weeks away!!!
  7. I live close to there too and i'm pretty sure we have the same post office
  8. Same here
  9. That was my immediate thought as well (because I overthink everything) but it wouldn't make much sense for them to send out different decisions at different times. I think the postal system is to blame here. Good luck to everyone still waiting!
  10. Mine too!! Good luck everybody
  11. Congrats Gatorandrew and congrats everyone else!!!! Unfortunately, it seems like I've hit some bad luck and my letter wasn't in Gainesville today. Hopefully tomorrow is the day for me!! Anybody else waiting in Gainesville or am I the only one?
  12. Yes my mail comes around 1 everyday because I live pretty close to the post office right by campus. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble before their mail came I thought today was the day too! Maybe some of you will have better luck than me and it will be there today.
  13. Nothing today in Gainesville
  14. Faculty at UF still has to work over spring break, so it's very possible letters could be mailed next week. @gatorandrew I did my CPR course through recsports at UF. $70 and they should have plenty of spots available if you sign up on their website in advance.
  15. Ive also heard that UCF typically sends out emails on Fridays. Not sure if there is any truth to that but those days would be 3/20, 3/27 and 4/3 for the accelerated track. Only about 3 weeks away!!!!
  16. Congrats!!!
  17. I recently spoke with Ken Foote and he also said letters would be sent out before the end of February, so it very well could be in the next few weeks. But my guess is as good as yours. Hopefully we will hear back before spring break!
  18. Sebuhler I am a UF student also and since they have access to all of your transcripts you shouldnt need to tell them anything. Also keep in mind they only are looking at your upper division GPA (or your last 60 credits)
  19. I'm pretty sure tabular was replying me10 on the last page regarding Remington College
  20. Nice stats Chad! Very impressive
  21. Ashley those are very good stats!!! I would be surprised if you got wait listed. That's weird you didn't get pencil/paper on the TEAS too. I can't imagine doing some of those math problems when your work keeps disappearing And Jordan to answer your question, yes the accelerated is for students who have a bachelor's degree before the program start date in May
  22. Hey sarah! Are you sure everything needs to be reviewed by the end of the month? If you look at the bottom of the page when you view your application status details it says "updates are not immediate, and applications may be reviewed after the application deadline." I think you might be okay!!! Parts of the TEAS were frustrating for me as well. The english section is what really hurt me. There were so many grammar and punctuation rules that I forgot from years ago and overlooked. Oh well, its all out of our hands now. And stay optimistic! As I said before, it all depends on the applicant pool. They take stats that are higher and lower than the averages as well.
  23. Yeah I think the website says six weeks after the application deadline so that's what I'm guessing. It feels so long from now!
  24. Hi bmoreucf!!! I am applying to the accelerated program as well. It looks like we won't hear back for a few months, so it will be good to talk to some people who are going through the process as well. As for my stats.... GPA: 3.74 Prereq GPA: 4.0 TEAS: 84% I really wish my TEAS was higher, but hopefully my GPA can offset that some. If not I will most likely have to retake it. I've been doing my best to try and not get caught up in the numbers, but it's hard because it's such a big part of their decision. Honestly though, the applicant pool is different every year so who knows what stats are considered high or low yet. Good luck to you, I hope you get in!!!
  25. I was wondering the same too, the application was shorter than I thought it would be, it almost felt like I was missing something Does anyone know if they did away with interviews for good?
