That's exactly what I said! That's literally all they do. They organize it by who has the most points. She said they put everyone's info on an excel sheet and pick from there. Not sure why that takes two months.

Right, I was thinking the couple snow days and the grant they were hoping for caused the delays. It would be nice if they changed the majors when sending out the letters. All we can do is wait I guess, trying to let it go and be patient because now I'm annoyed waiting for an update.

That would be a nice surprise! I wonder if they have even sent the letters out though. I sure hope so!

They said they know we're anxious and they try to get letters out as soon as they can. She also said they do leave messages on the voicemail because they get so many calls like the person above said. They might be accepting close to double the amount they usually do for fall this year if they get a grant to help. That's probably why it's taking longer.

I'm hoping to apply for the accelerated program too! I'm hoping I have enough points. Also, wondering about schedules for both. However, I looked online and I was able to get an idea of the schedule for the one that isn't accelerated.

Do you know if you can request to switch to accelerated after being accepted? I would really like to do accelerated if I could.

Hello! Could you guys tell me how many points you had? I see some of you had 15-16, I wonder if something changed. I talked to someone in advising and she told me I needed 20-22 points to be competitive. That sounds a bit high to me. My gpa is only around 3.3. I think the most I could get would be like 15-17 points. I waited to apply for Spring 2018 so I could have more time to get things together. Please help! :)

Also, we have similar goals. I would like to complete my MSN as well.

Looks like I'm in the same boat! I got the same score and also on the alternate list for January. Good luck to you, I'm hoping a few dropout too! :)
