  1. Officially got rejected from both locations. Hopefully I can start at PP in January 2019. Congrats to everyone who got in!
  2. The Milwaukee program starts at the end of May and I submitted my application in October so I'm just a little concerned on what's exactly going on haha
  3. Anyone still waiting to hear back from the Milwaukee site? I still haven't gotten anything and now I think they forgot about my application
  4. Thanks for the update! I just reached out to them today. I know they rank their applications, and I kind of wish they would tell me where my ranking fell so that I can try to plan out my year. The not knowing is very agonizing, especially when my family and friends keep asking me if I got an answer yet. Hoping to hear SOMETHING back soon but I won't be shocked if it ends up being a rejection. Does anyone know how many applications they received this cycle?
  5. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting to hear back on an admission decision?? I still haven't gotten a decision yet regarding my application and I'm trying to decide if I should reach out to the admissions committee or if I should just wait another week. Also, does anyone know if there are any open seats left? At this point I'm expecting a rejection but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
  6. I'm still waiting to hear back too apa1994. My app was complete on 10/25 and I still haven't gotten an answer. I have already reached out to them regarding th e status of my application and I am hesitant to do so again. I'm getting really antsy though and kind of just want a response at this point so that I can plan out the rest of my year. If I don't hear anything in two weeks or so I'm probably going to reach back out to them. I have no idea how many seats are left though
  7. Nope I was told that more admissions would be going out after the holidays but I still haven't heard anything. I submitted my app on October 19 :/
  8. The tuition for the DE MSN program is $50k, per the school website. That's just straight tuition. I'm not sure what the pre-reqs are for the post-master's certificates though, their website is very vague. But I was interested in the acute care NP post-master's which is an additional 21 credits I believe. I assume those admit both in the spring and fall semesters. Is the midwifery program not offered as a post-master's certificate?
  9. How long do you get before you have to send in the deposit?
  10. I'm in a similar situation, but reversed. I have accepted admittance to a grad program starting January 22, but am still waiting to hear back from the Milwaukee site on an admission decision. I was told further admission offers wouldn't be going out now until after the holidays, and I have a feeling if I am offered admission, it won't be until late January/early February, in which case I'll have already started my grad program. Milwaukee is my top choice so I'm torn. They have until mid-March to send out admission offers. I asked how many seats were filled, and I was told less than half of the cohort has been filled at this time. becominganRN22, I just had my professor email Karen my final grade
  11. halle092, I just had my instructor email Karen my final grade this morning, so I'm hoping I get an answer by the end of this week. Fingers crossed! I got into another grad program that starts in January, so I just really hope they give me a decision one way or the other in the next two weeks so I can solidify my plans and whether or not I need to keep my job lol
  12. Well that makes me feel a little bit better haha. I was told that a lot of the seats for PP for spring were filled from applicants from fall of 2017 that were previously admitted, and by the time my application was reviewed (in November) there were only two seats yet. But some people were offered admission to start at PP in Fall 2018, so I take it they're going to continue to have the same problem. I'm finishing up my last pre-req right now so I bet that's why they haven't made an admission decision for me yet. But my stats are comparable to those who've been recently admitted so now I'm even more anxious to hear back!!
  13. Does anyone know how many seats are left for the Milwaukee site?
  14. I still haven't heard back yet from the Milwaukee site, but congrats to everyone who was accepted! I was already rejected from the PP site so my hopes aren't too high for Milwaukee either. Fingers crossed that I get in and can meet all of you, but if not good luck in school!!
  15. I haven't gotten a decision yet for the Milwaukee site :/ I was kind of hoping I would have heard back by now.
