Hi! im a newbie here. i just want to ask if nmc accepts cumulative experience. In my case 1.8 years of experience on 3 different hospitals. ive read that one reference must come from someone who has supervised you for a continuous period of 12 months. So does that imply that 1 year of solid experience is required? hope someone could answer me!:) thanks
