I gave A dose ketamine in ga, Am RN it is outside my scope of practice at the directions of md what will happen to me, THE DOCTOR was in room when medication was given ketamine was ordered prior to procedure, it was right med, right dose, right route, right time,

I received verbal order for Norco 5/325 mg from provider, when charting medication, I charted that I gave Norco 7.5/325 mg, when I realized the error verified that I gave the 5/325 by check the accdose machine I did pull the right verbally ordered medication, ask the provide he stated that he did want patient to receive 5/325, I entered the right dosage amount under the order in the note of medication. Am I in trouble

I gave a medication that I had receive a verbal order for, and chart the the medication under the wrong dosage, the provider entered the wrong dosage what do I do

This rx is the only rx that is prescribed to me for my migraines that I have had for 20 years plus
