  1. okay seriously im starting to feel SO depressed because its been two weeks since ive put in like 1000000 applications! and nothing! not one call lol. okay i know its the holidays and all but GEEZ! lol not even a couple emails ? =[ whats everyones expirience like with jobs when you were a new grad?
  2. okay! i literally took mine with 205 questions...freaked out for 24 hours lol but i passed! so this is what i did. KNOW YOUR DRUGS ! flash cards flash cards flash cards. KNOW LAB VALUES!!! theres no way to just GUESS the answer you have to know your material because all the answers could be right! but one little word changes the right answer from the wrong depending on what the questions ask. they do this purposely. not to trick you there are no trick questions, but to see your level of competency, if you know what you need to know as an entry level nurse. i used kaplans nclex book for strategies, and mosbys comprehensive pn review. also the learningext program by the ncsbn is amazing but you need to allow yourself time for that because its literally a review of the whole dang program i mustve spent at least 200 on that because i wasnt aware of the time restriction (two weeks, three weeks etc) and wasnt aware of the depth of information i would be given while vigoursly trying to write every single thing down (dont do that) lol. and theres also alot of informational you tube videos out there for things you need more in depth explaining. good luck!
