Quickest Way for Getting Things Done and Licensed in US
hi suzanne, pls give me your advice on my case i've done my verification for new york state, still yet to call cgfns coz my papers were already received by them 2 months ago, but still there is no progress to what they have posted that they're still doing preliminary review on my papers. i've passed my application for new york state, took the required exams, but they sent me a letter stating that i must submit a copy of my visa, employment authorization or other valid immigration status. i am a filipino nurse and plan to take the exam in hongkong. i'm sort of lost on what to do next coz i'm doing all the processing aT my own expense and don't have an employer.

H1-c?
thank you for responding to my inquiries . i just want to know your advice in my situation. i have been verified for the state of california for the nclex exam, i'm planning to take it this november in hongkong. i've also applied for a verification for the state of new york, which is still on the process. if i pass the nclex registered in california and had taken the english tests required, could i apply for a reciprocity to the state of new york? what would be my next move after i pass the required exams? do i need to get an employer in order to get a visa to work in the states? how long would the process take?
