Midnights? My body and mind feel like they're in a time warp! I'm part-time and thought I'd sleep in the day time on my days off. But, it isn't working out that way. I feel like I'm missing out on parts of my life. Like sunshine and people that sleep at night. Any suggestions? I have no problem staying well awake while I'm at work on midnights. I did buy a "Happy Light" already.
